What began nearly 15 years ago as one man's individual effort to support his Department of Botany/Microbiology at University of Ibadan, Nigeria after water damaged to the department building, volunteer for Student organisations in fund raising, getting books and other materials from UN agencies and donate to schools and organizations, participation in UN humanitarians programs around the world has now grown into Hawau Eniola Foundation.

Created in 2013 after the death of my mother Mrs Hawau Eniola, Hen Foundation was built upon the belief system that regardless of stature, only those who have learned the power of sincere and selfless contribution experience life’s deepest joy; true fulfilment. Connecting, inspiring, and demonstrating true leadership throughout the world, the Foundation’s global impact is provided through an international coalition of caring donors and volunteers.

Committed to making a difference in the quality of life of youth, women, homeless and hungry, elderly and disabled, the Foundation has programs and plans to refurbish, reconstruct and renovate an estimated 2000 schools, more than 1000 hospitals, and countless health and human services. In addition, the Foundation wants to ensure millions of homeless and hungry people in Africa are fed each year through our international holiday  “Basket Brigade.”

Not limited to the “Basket Brigade,” the exceptional efforts of the Foundation and its volunteers should be showcased through various programs offered: Global Youth Leadership Summit, Product Donations, Event Scholarship, Global Impact, Volunteer Program and Homeless Program.

The roadmap to continued contribution and the success of the Foundation is defined by each of us. There is always something you can give, whether that be your time, energy or your ideas. This is your opportunity to step up and create a compelling future for your community now!
